At the 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), we once again deeply felt the surging vitality of China's foreign trade and the eager anticipation of the global market for "Made in China" intelligent manufacturing. Stepping into our exhibition area, what caught the eye was not only the precision equipment, but also miniature scenes of highly efficient "smart factories." These machines are designed for two types of customer groups: small and medium-sized diesel engine repair shops and high-performance racing engine modification workshops. This multi-functional equipment can perform conventional operations such as boring and surface milling (cylinder heads and blocks), and meet general industrial CNC machining needs. As an engineering masterpiece in the field of mechanical manufacturing, the TM series machine tools complete the processing tasks of engine blocks and automotive parts in an efficient, convenient, precise, and cost-effective manner. These advanced CNC machining centers are equipped with APS Machinery's proprietary intelligent conversational programming technology, allowing even massive machines to be operated with the ease of a smartphone. No programming experience is required; after a few days of training by factory technicians, operators can fully utilize the equipment's potential. Simply clamp the workpiece and press the "cycle start" button, and the operator can leave the machine to attend to other tasks – the machine will automatically and precisely complete the entire machining process, enabling unmanned operation. It also utilizes APS Machinery's proprietary linear roller bearing guide rails, which have a much lower friction coefficient than traditional systems. The column is equipped with heavy-duty hardened steel linear roller bearing guide rails, and the X-axis horizontal movement is driven by a direct-drive ball screw, achieving faster acceleration and higher positioning accuracy.
