Cylinder Block Surface Grinding & Milling Machine 3M9735C/40C
This machine is design for grinding cylinder block and cylinder head,machine use high level casting iron,the stability and machining accuracy of the machine tools are guaranteed.
- The whole machine is driven by servo motor and ball screw. It provide stable torque output to ensure smooth transmission.
- The headstock up and down use linear guide rails and controlled by servo motor. Moving speed is easy to adjust.and micro feeding can be carried out with electronic handwheel.
- A digital readout shows position of the X and Z,also the feed amount can be displayed on the control panel.
- The left and right movement also use linear guide and servo motor,which provide large torque and stable movement. It can do fast move through control panel, or be micro adjusted through the electronic handwheel.
- This machine was strong build. High efficiency and convenient operation.
