A perfect concentricity between the head and the stem is due to a centerless grinding system. This makes the valve rotate on its stem with an accuracy within 0.0 1 mm. Valve stem diameters from 4 up to16 mm can be operated without the need for replacing any collet or spindle.Three motorized rollers drive the valve drive system. The roller on the top is tilted to automatically drive the valve on an adjustable control switch. This guarantees to accurately control each valve's length and to avoid to manually feed the valve towards the grinding wheel.
