Introduction
CK7660LB is a full function CNC lathe designed for automotive and motorcycle industries to cut internal/external surfaces of aluminum alloy wheels of 12”~22” with high precision. Its frame is made high grade cast iron. Since major parts have been undergone finite element force analysis, lathe is rigid and stable during speedy cutting. Servo motor is used to spindle. Turcite sliding ways are used in two axes, thus machining accuracy and high speed feeding capacity are enhanced while non-cutting time is reduced. Environment protection is considered into design. Slant bed structure and large-flow of chip-flushing cooling system can carry generated heat away immediately all the time and convey chips fluently. The lathe is especially suitable for speedy and precision turning of aluminum wheel hubs in car and motorcycle industries.
